Hi Bamboo Headquarters, I can't tell you how happy I am with your product!
(But I will try). Your UPS online tracking link was simple, I just checked the progress of my plant every day and knew about when it would arrive so I can get it ready to put in the ground. I received the box today and was flabbergasted at the size! I recently placed a similar order from another bamboo etailer and paid about the same amount, and received a plant 4x as small, this one is almost perfect in the height I was hoping to achieve in a year or two! Hi! My bamboo arrived last week & was in great shape. The packaging was great...I was curious how you would accomplish that. I have planted the bamboo in my garden & am hoping that with the proper care it will grow & spread!

While I liked bamboo in the past, I fell in love with bamboo during a recent trip to Paris, France. Many gardens, balconies & window boxes had bamboo either planted or potted. I am hoping to recreate a little piece of Paris in my yard...ironic since bamboo is native to China!
