Hi Bamboo Headquarters, I can’t tell you how happy I am with your product!
(But I will try). Your UPS online tracking link was simple, I just checked the progress of my plant every day and knew about when it would arrive so I can get it ready to put in the ground. I received the box today and was flabbergasted at the size! I recently placed a similar order from another bamboo etailer and paid about the same amount, and received a plant 4x as small, this one is almost perfect in the height I was hoping to achieve in a year or two! THANKS SO MUCH! Hopefully I will have much privacy from our neighbors!

We received a call from Melinda H. of Laguna Beach CA, who called to say that a man, ‘the head honcho’, saved her bamboo! No one knew what was wrong, lots of misadvice… then you saved her bamboo… it’s shooting, green, glorious! IT ALL CAME BACK!

My bamboo was in great shape

Hi! My bamboo arrived last week & was in great shape. The packaging was great…I was curious how you would accomplish that. I have planted the bamboo in my garden & am hoping that with the proper care it will grow & spread!

While I liked bamboo in the past, I fell in love with bamboo during a recent trip to Paris, France. Many gardens, balconies & window boxes had bamboo either planted or potted. I am hoping to recreate a little piece of Paris in my yard…ironic since bamboo is native to China!
